Despite the adversity brought by the typhoons Ondoy and Pepeng and the then coming National elections, Pangasinenses have proven everyone that no natural disaster and no political bustle can impede them from blowing off the stream this year’s Dagupan Bangus Festival. Last April 30, DPC joined Dagupeños in their celebration of the Bangus Festival by sponsoring the Bangusan Street Party. The sponsorship paved way to announce the launch of the DPC Yellow Pages (YP) Northern Luzon directory in Pangasinan this coming August. The directory was highlighted during the DPC booth activation along De Venecia Hi-way where the party was held. Banners with DPC YP Northern Luzon branding were displayed within the booth area.  The activation features the “Get Wired by Yellow” game and the giving away of DPC Yellow Umbrellas.
